This High Speed M2 Steel blade has a wide range of applications with its bi-metal composition. 

·         Saws up to 2" deep.               (SON-131)

·         Cuts plastics, wood, sheet metal, copper or aluminum pipes.

·         Flush cut capable.

·         Great for cutting staples and small nails.

 This Kent Bi-Metal oscillating saw blade cuts nails embedded in wood, fiberglass, tubing, PVC, copper pipe, metal mesh, sheet metal and other metallic and non-metallic materials.
Great for Flush and Plunge cuts and is designed with a laser welded Bi-Metal high speed steel cutting edge and flexible alloy steel back to resist breaking and extend blade life.

 With Bi-metal teeth for a fast cutting rate, cuts sheet metal  up to approx. 1/16"(2mm), aluminum, copper pipe, wood, drywall and almost all plastics.

For best performance:

For best results, put very little pressure on the material to be cut and move the tool rapidly from on side of the blade to the other side, this way you will be using the greater possible number of teeth.

When the tool is left stationary and big pressure is exerted on the blade, the few teeth that are used to cut do wear out quickly and the blade can become dull.
